Apartments for HA

We have just produced two proposal schemes of seven apartments to progress through planning for a Housing Association. This included 3D models along with the 2D floor plans and elevations.

 

Apartment block with management space for HA

3D Renders for proposed restaurant

Five light industrial units at Droitwich Spa

Provided planning drawings and D&A statement etc. for commercial client.

 

Eight apartments plus management space for HA

Produced a feasability study including floor plans, sketch views and constructional costings to Code 3 (CFSH), for a proposed development.

 

Modernistic "eco home" Cheltenham

Drafted concept sketches, 3D renders and 2D floor plans and elevations for a local builder.

 

Four houses at Stonehouse, Glos for private developer

Produced planning drawings, 3D images and a street scene montage, for a sucessful application for 4 houses in a contentious area, with subsequent building regulation drawings.

 

Electrical layouts for a large new build residential dwelling

Drafted electrical mark ups for an electrical media company.

 

New build "barn conversion" style home in Shipton Olife nr Cheltenham

Produced 3D renders and constructional drawings for private client.

 

Modernistic four bedroom single storey house

We produced building regulation drawings and specification for a modernistic grass roofed house, along with 3D renders for greater visulisation to client.
